DECLARING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 5, SERIES OF 2002 OF CANDAVID, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL AS VALID PURSUANT TO R.A. 7160.

WHEREAS, Barangay Ordinance No. 5, series of 2002 of Candavid, Maribojoc, Bohol was presented before the Sangguniang Bayan for review and approval;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan thru the Committee on Resolutions and Ordinances has studied carefully said ordinance of Candavid, Maribojoc, Bohol;

WHEREAS, giving weight to the recommendations of the Committee on Resolutions and Ordinances, the Sangguniang Bayan has approved the Barangay Ordinance No. 5, series of 2002 of Barangay Candavid, Maribojoc, Bohol;

WHEREFORE be it resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;

“To declare the Barangay Ordinance No. 5, series of 2002 of Candavid, Maribojoc, Bohol as valid pursuant to R.A. 7160;

RESOLVED FURTHER that a copy of this resolution be furnished, the Barangay Council of Candavid, Maribojoc, Bohol for their guidance and implementation.
