RESOLUTION ALLOWING LGU – MARIBOJOC, BOHOL TO USE THE DEMOLISHED MATERIALS FROM PORTION OF MARIBOJOC PUBLIC MARKET FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PICNIC SHEDS AT PUNTA CRUZ WATCH TOWER AREA, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, portion of Maribojoc Public Market made of wooden materials was demolished, constructed a new concreted structure;

WHEREAS, some of these materials can be reused for other light structure;

WHEREAS, the Maribojoc, Punta Cruz Watch Tower is one of the popular tourist destinations of Bohol, in which we observe that during weekends & other holidays, the picnic sheds installed in the area cannot accommodate all the visitors;

WHEREAS, installation of picnic sheds generates additional income in said area;

WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to allow LGU-Maribojoc to use the demolished materials from Maribojoc Public Market for the construction of picnic sheds at Punta Cruz Watch Tower area, Maribojoc, Bohol;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned for their guidance and information.
