AN ORDINANCE RIVERTING THE AMOUNT OF P2,142.86 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONAL SPAN OF THE CONCRETE FENCING AROUND THE TOWN PLAZA OUT OF THE BALIKATAN PRIZE FOR MARIBOJOC CHAPTER.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

Section 1 – That the amount of P2,142.86 be riverted and appropriated for the construction of additional span of the concrete fencing around the town plaza out of the Balikatan prize for Maribojoc Chapter.

Section 2 – That this appropriation ardinance takes effect upon approval.

Unanimously adopted.

LET copies be furnished the Municipal Treasurer for appropriate action.
