AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P50,000.00) OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS, GENERAL FUND, C.Y. 2007 FOR THE AUGMENTATION OF THE AVAILABLE FUND OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY FUNDED SLAUGHTER HOUSE (PHASE-1) FOR LABOR COMPONENT IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SLAUGHTER HOUSE (PHASE-1) AT KAYAMAN, JANDIG, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: APPROPRIATION AND SOURCE – The amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00) is hereby appropriated out of the unappropriated surplus, General Fund, C.Y. 2007 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol;

SECTION 2: PURPOSE – The amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00) is hereby
appropriated for the augmentation of the available funds of the Department of Energy for the labor component in the construction of the Slaughter House (Phase-1) at Kayaman, Maribojoc, Bohol;

SECTION 3: SPONSORSHIP AND DELIBERATION. This appropriation ordinance is sponsored on Mass Motion by the Sangguniang Bayan Members present and deliberated during its session duly assembled;

SECTION 4: EFFECTIVITY. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
