AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 35, SERIES OF 2008 AND GRANTING THE AMOUNT OF FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND AND SIX HUNDRED PESOS (P48,600.00) OUT OF THE UNEXPENDED APPROPRIATION AND MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENDITURES (MOOE) OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN FOR THE FINANCIAL AID TO BARANGAY HEALTH/NUTRITION PROGRAM AND THE MAINTENANCE OF PEACE AND ORDER IN THE DIFFERENT BARANGAYS OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: APPROPRIATION AND SOURCE – The amount of Forty Eight Thousand and Six Hundred Pesos (P48,600.00) is hereby reverted out of the unexpended appropriation and Maintenance and Other Operating Expenditures (MOOE) of the Sangguniang Bayan for the financial aid to Barangay Health/Nutrition Programs and the maintenance of Peace and Order in the different barangays of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 2: PURPOSE – The amount of Forty Eight Thousand and Six Hundred Pesos (P48,600.00) is hereby reverted and appropriated for the financial aid in the operation of health/nutrition programs and in the maintenance of Peace and Order in the different barangays of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 3: AMOUNT OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE – In the operation of health/nutrition programs and maintenance of Peace and Order in the barangays, the Barangay Health Workers, Nutrition Scholars and the Barangay Tanods shall be given financial assistance in the operations of the programs in their respective barangays.

SECTION 4: SPONSORSHIP AND DELIBERATION – The Sangguniang Bayan Members who were present during the session have fully deliberated and sponsored the appropriation ordinance.

SECTION 5: EFFECTIVITY.- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
