APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY NINE PESOS AND SIXTY NINE CENTAVOS (P 358,639.69) FROM THE GENERAL FUND SURPLUS, C.Y. 2006 FOR THE MONETIZATION OF LEAVE CREDITS OF THE MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN THE MUNICIPALITY Of MARIBOJOC, BOHOL AS SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET

Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan of Mari bojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1 – Appropriation and Source – The amount Three Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Nine Pesos and Sixty Nine Centavos ( P 358,639.69 ) out of the General Fund Surplus C. Y. 2006 is hereby appropriated as Supplemental Budget .

SECTION 2 – Purpose. – The amount of Three Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Nine Pesos and Sixty Nine Centavos (P 358,639.69) is hereby appropriated for the Monetization of leave credits of the Municipal Officials and Employees for Calendar Year 2006 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol, to wit:

SECTION 3 – Sponsorship and Deliberation – This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on Mass Motion by the Sangguniang Bayan Members and deliberated those present during its session duly assembled.
