AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT THREE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND FIFTY FOUR PESOS (P360,054.00) OUT OF THE SURPLUS OF THE 20% IRA FUND, C.Y. 2006 FOR THE DIFFERENT PROJECTS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 1 – APPROPRIATION AND SOURCES: The amount of Three Hundred Sixty
Thousand and Fifty Four Pesos ( P360,054.00 ) is hereby appropriated out of the surplus of the 20% IRA Fund, C. Y. 2006 for the different development projects in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol for C. Y. 2007

SECTION 2 – PURPOSE: The amount of Three Hundred Sixty Thousand and Fifty Four Pesos
(P360,054.00 ) is hereby appropriated for the different use of the following, to wit:

1. Electricity Expenses for streetlightings, public building
and other facilities ………………………………. P120,054.26
2. PO-NGO-LGU Collaborative Project for Economic
Development ……………………………………….. 20,000.00
3. Construction/Improvement of Public Facilities ……………. 50,000.00
4. Repair & Maintenance of Public Buildings ………………… 50,000.00
5. Municipal LPRAP Data Survey/PDMS ……………………. 120,000.00

SECTION 3 – SPONSORSHIP AND DELIBERATION: This appropriation ordinance was
sponsored on Mass Motion by the Sanggguniang Bayan Members and deliberated during its session duly assembled.

SECTION 4 – EFFECTIVITY: This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
