AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OFSIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ( P600,000.00 ) OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, C. Y. 2007 FOR THE DIFFERENT PROJECTS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 1 – APPROPRIATION AND SOURCES: The amount of Six Hundred
Thousand Pesos (P600,000.00) is hereby appropriated out from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, C. Y. 2007 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 2 – PURPOSE: The amount of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (P600,000.00 ) is hereby
appropriated for the different projects in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol, to wit:

1. Electricity Expenses (Waterworks) ……………… P 500,000.00
2. Repair & Maintenance of Motor Vehicles
( a ) Mayor’s Office ……….. P 50,000.00
( b ) Vice Mayor’s Office ……….. 50,000.00 … 100,000.00

SECTION 3 – SPONSORSHIP AND DELIBERATION: This appropriation ordinance was
sponsored on Mass Motion by the Sanggguniang Bayan Members and deliberated
during its session duly assembled.

SECTION 4 – EFFECTIVITY: This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
