AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P735,000.00) OUT OF THE PERSONAL SERVICES SAVINGS, CALENDAR YEAR 2007 OF THE DIFFERENT OFFICES OF THE LGU-MARIBOJOC FOR THE ADDITIONAL BENEFIT/EXTRA CASH GIFTS OF THE MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND REGULAR EMPLOYEES OF THE LGU-MARIBOJOC, BOHOL,
FISCAL YEAR 2007.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1 – Reversion of Funds: The amount of P 735,000.00 out of the Personal Services
Savings, Calendar Year 2007 of the different offices of the LGU-Maribojoc is hereby reverted.

SECTION 2 – Purpose: The amount of P 735,000.00 is reverted for the additional benefit /
extra cash gifts of the Municipal Officials and regular employees of the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 3 – That the additional benefit/extra cash gift shall be within the Personal Services
( PS ) limitation under Section 325(a) and 331(b) of RA 7160 (Local Government Code of 1991).

SECTION 4 – That the PS limitation shall be computed in accordance with Local Budget
Circular No. 75 dated July 12, 2002.

SECTION 5 – Sponsorship and Deliberation: This appropriation ordinance is sponsored on
Mass Motion by the SB Members and deliberated during its session duly assembled.

SECTION 6 – Effectivity: This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
