AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P735,000.00) OUT OF THE P.S. SAVINGS, OF THE DIFFERENT OFFICES OF THE LGU-MARIBOJOC FOR THE ADDITIONAL BENEFIT/EXTRA CASH GIFTS OF THE MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND REGULAR
EMPLOYEES OF THE LGU-MARIBOJOC, BOHOL, F.Y. 2007.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1 – Appropriation and Source: The amount of P735,000.00 out of the P.S.
Savings, C.Y. 2007 of the different offices of the LGU-Maribojoc is hereby appropriated.

SECTION 2 – Purpose: The amount P735,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the
additional benefit/extra cash gifts of the Municipal Officials and regular employees of the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol, F.Y. 2007.

SECTION 3 – That the additional benefit/extra cash gift shall be within the Personal
Services (PS) limitation under Section 325(a) and 331(b) of RA 7160 (Local Government Code of 1991).

SECTION 4 – That the PS limitation shall be computed in accordance with Local
Budget Circular No. 75 dated July 12, 2002.

SECTION 5 – The Municipal Officials and the permanent employees of the LGU-
Maribojoc shall receive an amount of Fifteen Thousand Pesos (P15,000.00) each as extra cash gift.

SECTION 6 – Sponsorship and Deliberation: This appropriation ordinance is
sponsored on Mass Motion by the SB Members and deliberated during its session duly assembled.

SECTION 7 – Effectivity: This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
