GRANTING ECONOMIC RELIEF ASSISTANCE TO ALL MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: Appropriation and Source.- The amount of Three Hundred Nine
Thousand and Six Hundred Pesos (P309,600.00) is hereby appropriated out of the unappropriated surplus General Fund, C.Y. 2000 as the Economic Relief Assistance for all regular officials and employees of LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol, C.Y. 2001.

SECTION 2: Purpose.– The amount of P309,600.00 is appropriated as Economic
Relief Assistance for all officials and employees of LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol, C.Y. 2001 in the amount of P7,200.00 per official and employee.

SECTION 3: Requesting Party.- The appropriation ordinance was requested by the
Officials and employees of LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 4: Sponsoring and Deliberation.- The appropriation measures was
sponsored in Mass Motion by the SB Members present.

SECTION 5: Effectivity.– This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
