APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P75,000.00 OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS, C.Y. 2000 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF 16 LOCAL LINES OF PABX TELEPHONE SYSTEM WITH UNINTERRUPTED POWER, SUPPLY (UPS) IN THE DIFFERENT MUNICIPAL OFFICES OF THE LGU-MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: Appropriation and Source.– The amount of P75,000.00 out of the
unappropriated surplus, C.Y. 2000 is hereby appropriated for the installation of 16 local lines of PABX Telephone System with UPS in the different Municipal Offices of the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 2: Purpose.- The amount of P75,000.00 out of the unappropriated
surplus, C.Y. 2000 is appropriated for the installation of 16 local lines of PABX with UPS Telephone System in the different Municipal Offices of the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol, to wit:

1. Office of the Mayor
2. Office of the Sangguniang Bayan
3. Office of the Vice Mayor
4. Office of the Municipal Secretary
5. Municipal Treasurer’s Office
6. Municipal Accountant’s Office
7. Municipal Agricultural Officer’s Office
8. Municipal Engineer’s Office
9. Municipal Health Office
10. Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator’s Office
11. Municipal Assessor’s Office
12. Municipal Civil Registrar’s Office
13. DILG Office
14. COMELEC Office
15. Maribojoc, Waterworks System Office
16. Public Market Ticket Booth

SECTION 3: Requesting Party.- The appropriation ordinance was requested by the
Heads of Offices of the LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol for direct access to the different offices in the municipality as well as to other office outside its jurisdiction to facilitate communication relative to local governance.

SECTION 4: Sponsoring and Deliberation.- The appropriation measure was sponsored
on Mass Motion by the SB Members and was deliberated by the SB Members present.

SECTION 5: Effectivity.– This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
