AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 375, SERIES OF 1990 FROM FOUR (4) REGULAR SESSIONS PER MONTH INTO (2) REGULAR SESSIONS AND TWO (2) SPECIAL SESSIONS PER MONTH OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the four regular sessions per month of the Sangguniang Bayan
of this municipality is hereby amended from four (4) regular session into two (2) regular sessions per month.

SECTION 2: That the Sangguniang Bayan shall hold two (2) special sessions per
month upon the call of the Municipal or majority of the members of the Sangguniang Bayan.

SECTION 3: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.
