AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 28, SERIES OF 2005 RE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF THE REVISED MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 13 SERIES OF 2000, SCHEDULE OF HIRING RATES OF HIRED WORKERS CHARGED TO PROJECT FUNDS (CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL THAT:

SECTION 1: The following hired workers shall be given a maximum fix rate of
wages in this schedule, to wit:

1. Foreman ————— P250.00
2. Draftsman ————— P225.00
3. Carpenter ————— P200.00
4. Mason ————— P200.00
5. Ordinary Laborer ————— P145.00
6. Painter ————– P200.00
7. Electrician / Welder ————— P200.00
8. Mechanic ————— P200.00
9. Driver / Mechanic ————— P180.00
10. Driver Light Vehicle ————— P145.00
11. Operator – Heavy Equipment ————— P250.00

SECTION 2: The above schedule of hiring rates shall be subjected to revision as
the need arises;

SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect on January 2, 2006 and the wages of
personnel shall be retroactive on the above mentioned date.-
