AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT THOUSAND FORTY NINE PESOS AND TEN CENTAVOS (P198,049.10) FROM THE INP, SEF, BIR ALLOTMENTS AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME FOR THE SALARY ADJUSTMENTS OF THE OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN PARTIAL IMPLEMENTATION OF CIRCULAR NO. 36 KNOWN AS SALARY STANDARDIZATION LAW AND OWNER PURPOSES, CY 1990 SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P198,049.10 is hereby reverted from the INP,
SEF, BIR Allotments and the same is appropriated for the Salary Adjustments of the Officials and Employees in partial implementation of Circular No. 36 known as Salary Standardization Law and other purpose, CY 1990 Supplemental Budget.

SECTION 2: That the Officials of the municipality shall be given a ten percent
(10%) increased based on salary difference computation of their respective salary schedules as embodied in the Position Allocation List (PAL).

SECTION 3: That the rank and file employees shall be given a full
implementation of the first step of Circular No. 36 of the JCLCPA.

SECTION 4: That the casual employees are given five pesos increase (P5.00)
per day or thirty five pesos (P35.00 per day as their daily wage.

SECTION 5: That the regular Municipal Officials and SB Members will be
given a Representation and Transportation Allowance (RATA) in the following schedules:

1. Municipal Mayor ————— P 708.00/month
2. Municipal Vice Mayor ————— 637.50/month
3. Municipal Treasurer ————— 637.00/month
4. M P D C ————— 400.00/month
5. Municipal Assessor ————— 400.00/month
6. Municipal Secretary ————— 400.00/month
7. Asst. Mun. Treasurer ————— 400.00/month
8. M G O O III ————— 400.00/month
9. SB Members ————— 400.00/month
each

SECTION 6: That this appropriation ordinance is hereby approved and takes
effect retroactive on January 1, 1990.
