AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P44,110.00 AS SALARY ADJUSTMENTS FOR FIVE (5) CASUAL EMPLOYEES IN PARTIAL IMPLEMENTATION OF SALARY STANDARDIZATION LAW AND POWER SERVICE OUT THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE FUND, CY 1990 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC. BOHOL .

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P44,110.00 is hereby appropriated as Salary
Adjustments for five (5) casual employees in partial implementation of Salary Standardization Law and Power Service out of the unappropriated surplus of the Infrastructure Fund, CY 1990 in the municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol

SECTION 2: That the five (5) casual employees shall be given as P5.00/day
increase or P35.00 per day as their daily wage.

SECTION 3: That the amount of P44,110.00 is hereby appropriated in the
following scheduled:

Wages ———- P 6,600.00
Medicare ———- 450.00
Term Insurance ———- 60.00
Power Service ———- 20,000.00
Materials Waterworks ———- 15,000.00
Electric light/ Post at
Punta Cruz ———- 2,000.00
T O T A L ———- P 44,110.00

SECTION 4: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
