APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF NINE HUNDRED FORTY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (P944,000.00) OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF 20% IRA FUND, C.Y. 2005, AS SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET FOR C.Y. 2006 FOR THE DIFFERENT DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL .

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: Appropriation and Source.- The amount of Nine Hundred Forty Four Thousand Pesos (P944,000.00) taken out of the unappropriated surplus of the 20% IRA Fund, C.Y. 2005 as Supplemental Budget for C.Y. 2006, is hereby appropriated.

SECTION 2: Purpose.- The amount of Nine Hundred Forty Four Thousand Pesos (P944,000.00) is hereby appropriated for the different development projects in the municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol, to wit:

1. Electricity Expenses ( Waterworks ) —– P400,000.00
2. Electricity Expenses ( Street Lightings and Public Buildings) —– 300,000.00
3. Solid Waste Management —– 150,000.00
4. Telephone Expenses ( Landline ) —– 50,000.00
5. Repair & Maintenance for Waterworks —– 44,000.00

T O T A L ——————- P944,000.00

SECTION 3: Sponsorship and Deliberation.-: This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on Mass Motion by the Sangguniang Bayan Members and was deliberated by those present during its session duly assembled;

SECTION 4: Effectivity.- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
