AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P650,000.00) TAKEN FROM THE SAVINGS OF PERSONAL SERVICES (PS) FOR C.Y. 2006 OF THE SB SECRETARY’S OFFICE IN THE AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P300,000.00) MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00 AND PARTIAL IRA DIFFERENTIAL C.Y. 2006 IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND OF THE MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL..

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: Appropriation and Source.- The amount of Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P650,000.00) is hereby appropriated out of the savings of Personal Services (PS) of the SB Secretary’s Office in the amount of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (P300,000.00), Municipal Health Office in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00) and Partial IRA differential in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P250,000.00) is hereby appropriated.

SECTION 2: Purpose.- Every Officials and Employees shall receive and amount of Thirteen Thousand Pesos (P13,000.00) as an Extra Cash Gift.

SECTION 3: Sponsorship and Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on Mass Motion by the Sangguniang Bayan Members and deliberated during its session duly assembled.

SECTION 4: Effectivity.- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
