AN ORDINANCE APPROVING BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF ALIGUAY BARANGAY COUNCIL, ALIGUAY, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the Barangay Council of Aliguay, Maribojoc, Bohol has
submitted three barangay ordinance for review and approval.

SECTION 2: That the Sangguniang Bayan after a due deliberation found out that
these ordinances are within the scope and power of the barangay.

SECTION 3: That the Sangguniang Bayan approves the following ordinances.

a) An ordinance imposing slaughter fee for every resident of the barangay concerned.

b) An ordinance imposing permit fee for every resident of the barangay of Aliguay, Maribojoc, Bohol.

c) An ordinance imposing clearance fee in the amount of P2.50 to every resident of the Barangay Aliguay, Maribojoc, Bohol who asks a barangay clearance from the Barangay Captain.

SECTION 4: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.
