AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE AND TWENTY FIVE CENTAVOS (P75,255.25) FOR THE SALARY INCREASE OF THE RANK AND FILE / CASUAL EMPLOYEES AND INSURANCE PREMIUM CONTRIBUTIONS OF 106 MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY SERVICE UNITS-BARANGAY TANODS OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, C.Y 1993 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL. .

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION: 1. The amount of Seventy Five Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Five Pesos
and Twenty Five Centavos (P75,255.25) is hereby appropriated out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, C.Y. 1993 for the salary increase of the rank and file / casual employees and insurance premium contributions of 106 members of the community service units-barangay tanods in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol

SECTION: 2. The rank and file employees shall be granted an amount of Five
Hundred Peso Each (P500.00) as salary increase per month representing partial implementation of Local Budget Circular No. 54, effective August 1994 up to and inclusive December, 1994.

SECTION: 3. The casual workers shall be given a daily wage of P60.00 effective
August, 1994 up to and inclusive December, 1994.

SECTION: 4. Pursuant to Municipal Ordinance No. 21, the insurance premium
contributions of the 106 members of the community service units barangay tanods in the Municipality of Maribojoc, at the rate of P79.65 less 5% each member shall be paid in its entirety by the Municipal Government of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION: 5. The Municipal Budget Officer by copy of this ordinance is hereby
advised or directed to prepare a supplementary budget and other necessary documents in compliance hereof..

SECTION: 6. This ordinance shall take effect from the month of August, 1994 up to
inclusive December, 1994.
