ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) FOR THE ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION OF THE CONCRETE FENCING OF THE TOWN PLAZA OUT OF THE PHILIPPINE CHARITY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICE FUND.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Sec.1- That the amount of P10,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the additional construction of the concrete fencing in the town plaza out of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office Fund.

Sec.2- That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

LET copies be furnished the Provincial Budget Officer thru the Municipal Treasurer, City of Tagbilaran for his appropriate action.
