AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED TWENTY NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (Php 1290250.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND SURPLUS FOR C.Y. 2003 AS SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET FOR THE DIFFERENT OFFICES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

SECTION 1. Appropriation and Finance.- The amount of One Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 129,250.00) which shall be taken from the General Fund Surplus for C.Y. 2003 is hereby appropriated as Supplemental Budget for C.Y. 2004

SECTION 2. Purpose.- The amount of the One Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 129,250.00) hereby appropriated for the following:

1.) Maintenance of Maribojoc Waterworks System………….. P 100,000.00
2.) Additional grant for Loyalty Bonus………………………. 3,000.00
3.) Subsistence & Laundry Allowance, MHO……………….. 26,250.00

TOTAL APPROPRIATION….. P 129,250.00

SECTION 3. Sponsorship and Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on Mass Motion by the Sangguniang Bayan Members and deliberated during its session duly assembled.

SECTION 4. Effectivity.- This appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
