APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF P250,000.00 FOR THE CONCRETING OF THE PORTION OF NALZARO ST., MARIBOJOC, BOHOL OUT OF THE LGSEF,C.Y. 2002.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1. Appropriation and Source.- The amount of P250,000.00 out of the LGSEF, C.Y. 2002 is appropriated as Supplemental Budget, C.Y. 2003 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 2. Purpose.- The amount of P250,000.00 is hereby appropriated
for the concreting of the portion of Nalzaro St., Poblacion, Maribojoc,
Bohol.

SECTION 3. Sponsorship and Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on mass motion by the members of the Sangguniang Bayan present and was deliberated during the regular session duly assembled by the Sangguniang Bayan .

SECTION 4. Effectivity.- This appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
