APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT OF P55,000.00 OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE 20% IRA FUND C.Y. 2002 FOR ADDITIONAL BUDGETARY ALLOCATIONS IN THE DIFFERENT MUNICIPAL OFFICES AS SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET, C.Y. 2003 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ENACTED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1. Appropriation and Source.- The amount of P55,000.00 out of
The unappropriated surplus of the General Fund C.Y. 2002 is hereby appropriated as Supplemental Budget, C.Y. 2003 in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 2. Purpose.- The amount of P55,000.00 is hereby appropriated
for additional budgetary allocations in the different Municipal Offices in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol, to wit::

a) For Peace and Order maintenance…………………..….. P40,000.00
b) For the Municipal Circuit Trial Court………………….. P10,000.00
c) For the purchase of Steel Cabinet for the MCTC………. P 5,000.00
TOTAL…………. P55,000.00
SECTION 3. Sponsorship and Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance was
sponsored on mass motion by the members of the Sangguniang Bayan present and was deliberated during the regular session duly assembled by the Sangguniang Bayan .

SECTION 4. Effectivity.- This appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
