BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1. Appropriation and Source.- The amount of P100,000.00 out of the unappropriated surplus of General C.Y. 2002 is hereby appropriated as Supplemental Budget of C.Y. 2003.

SECTION 2. Purpose.- The amount of P100,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the purchased of two (2) units computer for the Office of the Mun./SB Secretary and MPDC in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 3. Sponsorship and Deliberation.-. This appropriation ordinance is sponsored on mass motion by the Sangguniang Bayan members and was deliberated by those present during its session duly assembled.

SECTION 4. Effectivity.-. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
