“APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF GENERAL FUND C.Y. 2002 FOR THE TRAVELING EXPENSES OF THE OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL / SB SECRETARY, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1. Appropriation and Source.- The amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00 ) out of the unappropriated surplus of General fund C.Y. 2002 is hereby appropriated as Supplemental Budget for C.Y. 2003;

SECTION 2. Purpose.- The amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) is hereby appropriated to supplemental the exhausted traveling expenses for the Office of the Municipal / SB Secretary, Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 3. Sponsorship and Deliberation.-. This appropriation ordinance is sponsored on mass motion by the Sangguniang Bayan members and was deliberated by those present during its session duly assembled.

SECTION 4. Effectivity.-. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
