“APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 50,000.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND SURPLUS C.Y. 2002 FOR THE PURCHASE OF TELEVISION AND OTHER COMMUNICATION FACILITIES FOR THE USE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL AS SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET FOR C.Y. 2003.

Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1. Appropriation and Source.- The amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (50,000.00) of the General Fund Surplus C.Y. 2002 is hereby appropriated as supplemental budget for C.Y. 2003.

SECTION 2. Purpose.- The amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (50,000.00) is hereby appropriated for the purchase of television and other communication facilities for the use of the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 3. Sponsorship and Deliberation.-. This appropriation ordinance was sponsored on Mass Motion by the Sangguniang Bayan members and deliberated by those present during its session duly assembled

SECTION 5. Effectivity.-. This appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
