APPROPRIATION AN AMOUNT OF P 225,000.00 FOR AN EXTRA CASH GIFTS OUT OF THE EXCESS IRA FUNDS, C.Y. 2002 FOR THE MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1. Appropriation and Source.- The amount of P 225,000.00 out of the excess IRA Funds, C.Y. 2002 is hereby appropriated..

SECTION 2. Purpose.- The amount of P 225,000.00 is appropriated for an Extra Cash Gift of Municipal Officials and Employees in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 3: Requesting Party.- This appropriation ordinance for the Extra Cash Gift of the Municipal Officials and Employees, C.Y. 2002 was requested by the Municipal Officials and Employees of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 4: Sponsorship and Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance is sponsored by mass motion by the Sangguniang Bayan members and deliberated by those present its session duly assembled.

SECTION 5: Effectivity.- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
