APPROPRIATION AN AMOUNT OF P450,000.00 FOR THE MONETIZATION OF LEAVE CREDITS OF THE MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OUT OF THE EXCESS IRA FUNDS, C.Y. 2002 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE it enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1. Appropriation and Source.- The amount of P 450,000.00 out of the excess IRA Funds, C.Y. 2002 is hereby appropriated..

SECTION 2. Purpose.- The amount of P 450,000.00 is appropriated for the Monetization of Leave Credits of the Municipal Officials and Employees in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol. The amount of Leave Credits to be granted for every officials and employees shall not exceed P 10,000.00 each

SECTION 3: Requesting Party.- This appropriation ordinance for the Monetization of Leave Credits of the Municipal Officials and employees was requested by the Municipal Officials and Employees of LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol..

SECTION 4: Sponsorship and Deliberation.- This appropriation ordinance is sponsored on mass motion by the Sangguniang Bayan Members and deliberated by those present during its session duly assembled.

SECTION 5: Effectivity.- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
