AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF CABAWAN, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL IMPOSING FIVE PESOS (P5.00) TO HEAD OF HJOUSEHOLD WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF CABAWAN, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL WHO FAILS TO ATTEND THE MONTHLY REGULAR ASSEMBLY MEETING.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

Sec. 1- The Barangay Council of Cabawan , Maribojoc, Bohol has presented before the Sangguniang Bayan a Barangay Ordinance for review and approval.

Sec. 2 – That the Barangay Council of Cabawan has passed an ordinance imposing five pesos (P5.00) to head of household within the jurisdiction of Cabawan, Maribojoc, Bohol who fails to attend the monthly regular assembly meeting.

Sec. 3 – The Sangguniang Bayan after a careful study and consultation has approved the barangay ordinance for it is within the scope and power of the barangay.

Sec. 4 – That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
