AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE RATE OF FEES AT PUNTA CRUZ HISTORICAL WATCH TOWER AND PARK, PUNTA CRUZ, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

Sec. 1- That the rate of fees imposed at the Punta Cruz Historical Watch Tower and Park is hereby revised by this Municipal Ordinance No. 506-92 for the maintenance and operation of said park.

Sec. 2 – That the rates of fees at Punta cruz Historical Watch Tower and Park are the following:

1. Individual entrance fee . . . . . . . . . P 2.00
2. Picnic Shed occupancy . . . . . . . . . 20.00
3. Fiera or passenger bus . . . . . . . . . 5.00
4. Private car, jeep, truck . . . . . . . . . . 5.00
5. Motor, pedicab . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 3.00
6. Motor . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2.00

Sec. 3 – That the Sagguniang Bayan after careful study has approved this ordinance.

Sec. 4. – That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
