AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING A RATE OF FEES PER DRAWING OF WATER BY TANKER AT THE BOLOCBOLOC SPRING, KAYAMAN, JANDIG, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

Sec. 1- It is unlawful for any person or group of persons to draw water from the Bolocboloc Spring at Kayaman, Jandig, Maribojoc, Bohol by tanker or by any big container without first securing a permit from the Municipal Mayor.

Sec. 2 – There shall be a fee to be imposed to any person or group of persons who draws water from the Bolocboloc Spring in the following schedules of fees;

a.) Water tanker with a capacity of 3,000
liters or less . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . P 50.00

b. ) Water tanker with a capacity of more
than 3,001 to 8,000 liters . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .P 100.00

c. ) Water tanker with a capacity of more
than 8,001 to 12,000 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .P 150.00

Sec. 3 – That any ordinance inconsistent to the provisions of this ordinance is hereby repealed.

Sec. 4 – That any person or group of persons who violates the provision of this ordinance shall be fined in the amount P500.00 or an imprisonment of five (5) days or both at the discretion of the court.

Sec. 5 – That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
