AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CHAGE OF MARKET DAY OF SAN ROQUE SUBMARKET FROM SATURDAY TO SUNDAY OF THE WEEK.

WHEREAS, at present, the San Roque Sub-Market is holding its maket day every Saturday of the week;

WHEREAS, the San Roque Barangay Council, through a resolution No. 14, series of 1992 of San Roque Barangay Council requests for the change of its Market Day from Saturday to Sunday of the week;

WHEREAS, it is understood that their main reason is to attract buyers of cottage industries to purchase their product at sub-market on Sundays;

WHEREFORE, be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that;

Sec. 1 – Market day of San Roque Sub-Market shall be changed from Saturday to Sunday of the week.

Sec. 2- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
