AN ORDINANCE SHARING 25% OF THE SAN ROQUE SUB-MARKET INCOME TO BARANGAY SAN ROQUE.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol that:

Sec. 1 – The San Roque Sub-Market is a property of the Maribojoc, Bohol Municipal Government, and shall be run by the San Roque Barangay Council.

Sec. 2 – The San Roque Barangay Council shall be given 25% share from any income of the said Sub-Market in pursuant to Chapter 7, Section 271-A of the 1991 Local Government Code.

Sec. 3 – The San Roque Barangay Treasurer shall keep records on all market financial transactions for proper accounting.

Sec. 4 – The share of the San Roque Barangay Government shall be released, without need of any further action directly to the barangay treasurer on a quarterly basis within Five ( 5 ) days after the end of each quarter and shall not be subject to any lien or holdback for whatever purpose.

Sec. 5 – This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
