AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE SHOWING OF OBSCENE FILM OR X-RATED FILM THRU BETAMAX OPERATION FOR PUBLIC VIEWING.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: It is unlawful for any person or group of persons to show an obscene film or “X-Rated Film thru Betamax operation for public viewing or for commercial purposes.

SECTION 2: Any person or group of persons who violates the provision of this ordinance shall be subject to the following penalties:

1.) First offense ——— —– To be called by the INP Station
Commander
2.) Second offense ————– Confiscation of Betamax tape
3.) Third offense ————– Revocation of permit and a fine of
not less than P300.00 or an imprisonment of not less than 12 days or both at the discretion of the Court.

SECTION 3: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

Let copies be furnished, the INP Station Commnader, Maribojoc, Bohol and all Betamax owners / operators of this municipality for their guidance and information.
