AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P 5,000.00 FOR THE HAULING GPEP SEEDS FROM UBAY, BOHOL OUT OF THE P20,000.00 FISH SANCTUARY ALLOTMENT, C.Y. 1995, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: The amount of P 5,000.00 is hereby reverted out of the P20,000.00 fish sanctuary allotment for hauling GPEP seeds from Ubay, Bohol to Maribojoc, Bohol;

SECTION 2: The GPEP seeds will be distributed to rice farmers who are covered under the GPEP in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol.

SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
