AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THE ORDINANCE GRANTING SIX (6) METERS FRONTAGE BY 20 METERS IN LENGTH INTO 5 METERS FRONTAGE BY 20 METERS IN LENGTH AS BASIS FOR RENTAL PURPOSES.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the ordinary granting the six (6) meters frontage by 20 meters in length is hereby repealed by this ordinance.

SECTION 2: That this ordinance grants only five (5) meters frontage by 20 meters in length as basis for rental purposes.

SECTION 3: That any person or group of persons who violates the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined of not more than P200.00 or an imprisonment of not less than 6 days or both at the discretion of the Court.

SECTION 4: That any ordinance which is contrary to the provisions of this ordinance shall be declared null and void.

SECTION 5: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
