AN ORDINANCE GRANTING THE OCCUPANTS ANY AREA OCCUPIED AT THE TABU-AN DAAN, POBLACION, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL FOR A MONTHLY RENTAL SUBJECT TO REVISION OF THE LEGISLATIVE BODY.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: The Municipal lots at Tabu-an Daan, Poblacion, Maribojoc, Bohol could be rented by any interested occupants for commercial purposes.

SECTION 2: The present area occupied by the occupants will be rented in the amount of P0.25 per square meters per month.

SECTION 3: That the lot occupants shall be issued a contract good for five (5) years and be renewed for another five (5) years at the option of both parties.

SECTION 4: That any person or group of persons who violates the provision of this ordinance shall be fined of not more than P100.00 or an imprisonment of not less than 5 days or both at the discretion of the Court.

SECTION 5: That this ordinance shall take effect on January 1, 1988 and thereafter

SECTION 6: Any ordinance inconsistent to the provisions of this ordinance is null and void.
