AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (P40,000.00) FOR THE INCREASE OF SALARY OF OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES FROM JULY TO DECEMBER. 1987 AT THE RATE OF 10% INCREASE ACROSS THE BOARD OF THEIR PRESENT SALARY AND COLA AT P150.00 PER MONTH OUT OF THE SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, CY 1987.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P40,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the increase of salary for officials and employees from July to December, 1987 at the rate of 10% across the board of their present salary per month of the surplus of the General Fund, CY 1987.

SECTION 2: That the officials and employees shall receive an additional COLA in the amount of P150.00 per month from July to December, 1987 out of the surplus of the General Fund, CY 1987.

SECTION 3: That the SB Members shall receive a 10% increase of their present per diem per session from July to December, 1987 out of the surplus of the General Fund, CY 1987.

SECTION 4: That the casual employees shall receive P3.00 increase of their present salary per day or P15.00 per day from July to December, 1987 out of the surplus of the General Fund, CY 1987.

SECTION 5: That this ordinance is retroactive from July to December, 1987.

SECTION 6: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.
