AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P1,800.00 FOR THE COLA OF CASUAL EMPLOYEES FROM JULY TO DECEMBER, 1987 OUT OF THE SURPLUS OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE FUND, CY 1987.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P1,800.00 is hereby appropriated for the COLA of the casual employees from July to December, 1987 out of the surplus of the Infrastructure Fund, CY 1987.

SECTION 2: That the two (2) casual employees working under the infrastructure fund shall receive of P5.00 COLA per day.

SECTION 3: That this ordinance is retroactive from July to December, 1987.

SECTION 4: That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation.

Let copies be furnished, the Provincial Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran thru the Municipal Budget Officer and the Municipal Treasurer, Maribojoc, Bohol for their favorable action.
