AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE MUNICIPAL TAX ORDINANCE NO. 10, SERIES OF 1987 IMPOSING DIFFERENT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the Municipal Ordinance No. 9, series of 1986 has been revised by the passage of the Municipal Tax Ordinance No. 10, series of 1987.

SECTION 2: That the schedule of fees is being printed in a separate pamphlet for the guidance of the implementors.

SECTION 3: That the effectivity of the Municipal Tax Ordinance No. 10, series of 1987 will be on January 1, 1988.
