ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P29,200.00 FOR THE CASH GIFT FOR ALL MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OUT OF THE SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, CY 1987.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Sec. 1- That the amount of P29,200.00 is hereby appropriated for the cash gift for all Municipal Officials and Employees out of the Surplus of the General Fund, CY 1987.

Sec. 2- That the Regular Municipal Officials and Employees shall received the amount of P1,000.00 each as cash gift for CY 1987.

Sec. 3- That the SB Member who have served in the Local Government fron January to October, 1987 shall receive the amount of P300.00 each as cash gift for CY,1987.

Sec. 4- That Kagawad Robert Alemenia shall received only P100.00 as cash gift for CY, 1987.

Sec. 5- That the casual employees who have served at least six (6) months as of October 1987 shall received the amount of P500.00 each as a cash gift for CY, 1987.

Sec. 6- That Mr. Virgilio Bananola and Miss Inocencia Varon shall received only P300.00 each as a cash gift for CY, 1987.

Sec.7- That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
