ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P200.00 AS SHARE TO BIAD-I FROM THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE GENERAL FUND, CY 1988.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Sec.1- That the amount of P200.00 is hereby appropriated as share to BIAD-I from the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol out of the un appropriated surplus of the General Fund, CY 1988.

Sec.2- That this ordinance takes effect upon approval.

After due deliberation

Approved: August 11, 1988

LET copies be furnished, the Provincial Budget Officer, City of Tagbilaran thru the Municipal Budget Officer and the Municipal Treasurer for appropriate action and implementation.
