REQUESTING GOV. ERICO B. AUMENTADO, PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR, PROVINCE OF BOHOL THRU THE PROVINCIAL ENGINEERING OFFICE TO APPROPRIATE AND RELEASE FUNDS FOR THE ASPHALTING OF THE ANISLAG-PUNSOD-ALIGUAY PROVINCIAL ROAD LEADING TO THE BARANGAY HALL OF PUNSOD AND ALIGUAY BARANGAY HALL RESPECTIVELY, ALL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Councils of Anislag and Punsod have passed a joint resolution requesting the Provincial Government of the Province of Bohol to facilitate the concreting of said provincial road;

WHEREAS, the Provincial road traversing from the Barangay Anislag to Punsod and Aliguay needs to be asphalted on the ground that this provincial road is the passway from Poblacion, Maribojoc to the town of Antequera,Bohol;

WHEREAS, there are many passenger busses, multicabs, tricycles and motorcycles passing this provincial road everyday;

WHEREAS, at present this provincial road from Anislag-Punsod-Aliguay is so rugged and dusty with potholes found in the different portions of this road;

WHEREAS, from the Barangay Hall of Punsod, a sloping portion of more or less one hundred (100) meters can be found in this area wherein drivers are hardup is passing this road;

WHEREAS, in order to give comfort for our traveling public, there is a necessity to asphalt the provincial road from Anislag-Punsod to Aliguay;

WHEREAS, the LGU-Maribojoc officials and the people of the three barangays of Anislag, Punsod and Aliguay are looking forward for the asphalting of this provincial road by the Provincial Government of Bohol;

WHEREFORE be it resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;

“To request Gov. Erico B. Aumentado, Provincial Governor, Province of Bohol thru the Provincial Engineering Office to appropriate and release funds for the asphalting of the Anislag-Punsod-Aliguay Provincial road leading to the Barangay Hall of Punsod and Aliguay Barangay Hall, all of the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol”.

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER that copies of this resolution be furnished, Gov. Erico B. Aumentado, Provincial Governor and the Provincial Engineer, Province of Bohol, Tagbilaran City for appropriate action of this request.
