AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P44,548.00 FOR WAGES ADJUSTMENTS OF CASUAL EMPLOYEES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC, BOHOL OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE FUND, CY 1991.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the amount of P44,548.00 is hereby appropriated for wages adjustments of casual employees and other expenditures in the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, CY 1991;

SECTION 2: That the casual employees paid under the Infrastructure Fund shall receive a P5.00 additional daily wage effective July to December, 1991:

SECTION 3: That the casual employees shall receive P300.00 PERA effective
January to December 1991;

SECTION 4: That the hereunder is the Recapitulation of the Infrastructure Fund Supplemental Budget, CY 1991;
