AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BARANGAY ORDINANCE OF PUNSOD BARANGAY COUNCIL IMPOSING A BARANGAY PERMIT FEE TO MANGO TREE SPRAYERS IN THE BARANGAY OF PUNSOD, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:

SECTION 1: That the Barangay Council of Punsod, Maribojoc, Bohol has submitted a barangay ordinance imposing a barangay permit fee to mango sprayers in the barangay of Punsod, Maribojoc, Bohol;

SECTION 2: The Sangguniang Bayan after a careful study and consultation has found out that said ordinance is within the scope and power of the baarngay.

SECTION 3: The Sangguniang Bayan hereby approves the barangay ordinance of Punsod, Maribojoc, Bohol;

SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

Let copies be furnished the Punsod Barangay Council, Punsod, Maribojoc, Bohol for their implementation of said ordinance.
