AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P30, 000.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO ( 2 ) BRAND NEW TYPEWRITERS FOR THE USE OF THE OFFICES OF THE MAYOR, SANGGUNIANG BAYAN AND MUNICIPAL TREASURER OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS AND CONTINUING FUND, CY 1988 AND TO BE REFLECTED IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET CY 1989.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that:
Sec. 1 – That the amount of P30, 000.00 is hereby appropriated for the purchase of two ( 2 ) typewriters for the use of the Offices of the Mayor, Sangguniang Bayan and Municipal Treasurer out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, CY 1988 and the continuing fund, CY 1988 and to the reflected in the Supplemental Budget, CY 1989.
Sec. 2 – That the amount of P10, 000.00 shall be taken from the unappropriated surplus of the general fund, CY 1988.
Sec. 3 – That the amount of P20, 000.00 shall be taken from the continuing fund, CY 1988.
Sec. 4 – That this appropriation ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
