RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HON. LEONCIO B. EVASCO, JR. MUNICIPAL MAYOR, MARIBOJOC, BOHOL TO SOLICIT FUNDS FROM THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT, THE SENATE OF THE PHILIPPINES, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, NATIONAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES (NGAs) AND GOVERNMENT OWNED AND CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS (GOCCs) TO FUND PROJECTS IDENTIFIED IN THE EXECUTIVE-LEGISLATIVE AGENDA OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC CY 2008-2010..

WHEREAS, it is the contentment of the townspeople of Maribojoc, Bohol to continuously see their place developed, improved and prosper;

WHEREAS, the Municipal Official of Maribojoc, Bohol proposed projects for the town and her people and identified in the Executive-Legislative Agenda for CY 2008-2010;

WHEREAS, it is not within the budget of the municipality to finance such projects in that period of time;

WHEREAS, the Municipal Officials of Maribojoc, Bohol agreed ways to augment the budget by soliciting funds from the Honorable Senators for the different projects of the municipality;:

WHEREFORE, be it resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan in their session duly assembled;

BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorize Hon. Leoncio B. Evasco, Jr., Municipal Mayor, Maribojoc, Bohol to solicit funds from the Office of the Prsident, the Senate of the Philippines, the House of Representatives, National Government Agencies (NGAs) and Government Owned and Controlled Corporations (GOCCs) to fund projects identified in the Executive-Legislative Agenda of the Municipality of Maribojoc for CY 2008-2010.

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER , that copies of this resolution be furnished to Honorable Leoncio B. Evasco, Municipal Mayor, Maribojoc, Bohol, Office of the President, the Senate of the Philippines, House of Representatives, National Government Agencies (NGAs) and Government Owned and Controlled Corporations (GOCCs) for their information and guidance.
