AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF P400.00 FOR THE INCREASE OF PER DIEMS OF THE SR. MARKET INSPECTOR FROM MAY TO DECEMBER, 1989 OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS OF CY 1988 TO BE REFLECTED IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET, CY 1989.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Sec. 1 – That the amount of P400.00 is hereby appropriated for the increase of per diems of the Sr. Market Inspector for her services rendered during Saturdays and Sundays from May to December, 1989 out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, CY 1988 to be reflected in the Supplemental Budget, CY 1989.

Sec. 2 – That the Sr. Market Inspector be given an increase of per diems from P5.00 to P10.00 for Saturdays and Sundays overtime work;

Sec. 3 – That the Sr. Market Inspector shall render services during Saturdays and Sundays in order to avail these per diems.

Sec. 4 – That her services during Saturdays and Sundays shall not be delegated to other persons for it is prohibited by Law.

Sec. 5 – That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

LET copies be furnished, the Provincial Budget Officer, Provincial Budget Office, City of Tagbilaran thru the Municipal Budget Officer and the Municipal Treasurer for appropriate action.
