AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF P5, 000.00 FROM THE CAFGU ALLOTMENT FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF PEACE AND ORDER IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIBOJOC AND FOR THE CALAMITIES IN THE AMOUNT OF P2, 000.00 OF THE 20% IRA FUND, CY 1989.

Be it ordained by the Municipal Sangguniang Bayan of Maribojoc, Bohol, that;

Sec. 1 – That the amount of P5, 000.00 from the CAFGU allotment for the maintenance of Peace and Order in the Municipality of Maribojoc out of the 20% IRA Fund is hereby appropriated.

Sec. 2 – That the amount of P2, 000.00 is hereby appropriated for calamity funding out of the 20% IRA Fund.

Sec. 3 – That these two appropriation were disapproved in the previous 20% IRA fund budget, CY 1989.

Sec. 4 – That this ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
